The society can be informed about the products to be used in the campaigns carried out by the Official Authority in cases such as vaccination campaigns and fight against epidemics, which are important for public health, or in the campaigns carried out by the Official Authority, with the permission of the Official Authority, within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the authority.

 

Except for the promotions to be made in international congresses held in the country and the information made by our company's science service upon the written request of the physician / pharmacist;

  • Products that are not licensed or authorized in accordance with the relevant legislation,

  • Except for the areas of use approved by the Authority, of the products licensed or authorized according to the relevant legislation,

  • Except for the promotional activities carried out for pharmacovigilance, the products purchased by the Social Security Institution within the scope of alternative reimbursement models and notified to the Institution from the products procured through foreign suppliers are licensed or permitted according to the relevant legislation but cannot be found in the country market, so they are procured from abroad against a prescription by the Institution. Allowed products are not promoted.

 

The promotion of a product is made in accordance with the information and data in the usage areas approved by the Authority.

 

Promotion includes informative and evidence-based medical information about the properties of the product and in a way that will help healthcare professionals form their own views on the therapeutic value of the product.

 

In case the promotion is made with a documentation prepared using quotations, tables and other visual materials from medical journals or other scientific studies, these materials are used faithfully and by specifying their sources.

 

Promotion cannot be made by providing misleading, exaggerated or unproven information that may unnecessarily encourage the use of the product or cause unexpected risky situations, or by using attractive images that are not directly related to the product itself.

 

Promotions cannot be made with tools such as raffles and games of chance.

 

Your products; While promoting the physician and pharmacist, no monetary or in-kind advantage can be provided, not even an offer or promise can be made. The aforementioned healthcare professionals cannot accept or request any incentives during the promotional activities made for them.

 

Healthcare professionals, all kinds of support they receive from our company;

  • Every time you write an article, at the end of the article,

  • When he makes a presentation, he declares at the beginning of the presentation.

 

Our company can donate to public health institutions and organizations and non-profit health institutions and organizations, provided that the following conditions are met:

 

  • Not to affect the tender decisions of the products within the scope of this Regulation, not to cause unfair competition,

  • Not to cause an unethical practice that can be associated with product sales,

  • Not encouraging prescribing for a specific product,

  • To carry one of the purposes of improving research, education, health and patient care,

  • Not only for the use of an individual, but also for the general use of the institution or organization,

  • Not to write the name of the product even though the name of our company can be found in the donated material,

  • To process the donation in the official records of our company,

  • To make donations of products and similar products to be used in clinical research directly to the coordinator or principal investigator.
