Scientific meetings and product promotion meetings should be related to the expertise / field of duty of the healthcare professional. These meetings are held with the aim of conveying the existing medical information about the products or presenting new information.

Our company; It supports the registration, accommodation and transportation expenses of healthcare professionals who will participate in national and international scientific meetings, within the framework of the following issues;

• A healthcare professional can benefit from the support of license / permit holders four times in the same year; Our company can provide two of these four supports and can use only two of these supports in meetings held abroad. With the support of license / permit holders of healthcare professionals; Meetings in which they participate as speakers or researchers presenting written or oral papers are not considered within this scope.

• In scientific meetings organized or supported by the Ministry, participants who attend these meetings are exempt from the limitation on the number of participation specified in the first article.

• The support is not made directly to the person, but to the organization or organizations that organized the meeting.

Except for the speakers, the transportation and accommodation expenses of the participants in the product promotion meetings organized by our company are not covered. However, they can support visits to our workshop within the scope of the second paragraph of this article.

Our company organizes scientific meetings abroad; They can support or organize the meeting if it is of an international nature or if the majority of the participants are healthcare professionals who do not work in our country. These conditions are not sought in scientific meetings held or supported by the Ministry abroad.

With the support of our company, students studying in faculties or colleges that train healthcare professionals can also participate, depending on the nature of the meeting.

Our company informs the authority of the scientific meetings and product promotion meetings it organizes or contributes to, and the information of the healthcare professionals to whom they will support and the students studying at the faculties or colleges that train healthcare professionals.

Researcher meetings of our company to be held in Turkey and abroad for national and international clinical researches are not considered as participation in scientific meetings. For meetings within this scope, an application for permission is made to the unit of the Official Authority.

It ensures that the presentation or educational video prepared by the Institution is included in the meetings organized or contributed by our company in order to raise awareness on pharmacovigilance. In addition, posters and brochures prepared by the Authority for this purpose are displayed in easily visible areas.

Prepares a session on the subject of the meeting, within the scope of rational drug use principles and objectives, in at least 60% of the meetings that exceed six hours in a calendar year, organized or contributed by our Company. The content of the presentations in this session will be within the framework of the training materials and diagnosis and treatment guides approved by the Ministry, and these presentations can be publicly published on the Institution's official website by indicating the source.

Persons other than healthcare professionals are not invited to the meetings and their expenses are not covered; however, protocol invitees are out of scope.

Health inspectors assigned by the institution may attend these meetings with or without prior notice for inspection purposes.
