Policy

  • BOLUKBAÅžI Pharma Ltd.Comp. In the implementation of the legislation on Occupational Health and Safety; Workplace Hazard Classes Communiqué on Occupational Health and Safety dated 26.12.2012 and numbered 28509 NACE code 21.20. is based.

  • BOLUKBAÅžI Ilac San. ve Tic. Ltd. Åžti, the training programs that include all necessary precautions, including protecting the health and safety of the personnel, preventing occupational risks, informing the personnel, are planned annually by the Human Resources, Administrative and Financial Affairs Department. educational activities; It is done as specified in the Training and Adaptation Procedure.

  • The necessary tools and equipment to protect the health and safety of the personnel and to prevent occupational risks are determined and purchased according to the main procedures and responsibilities defined in the Procurement and Supplier Evaluation Procedure.

  • All personnel aim and work to adapt health and safety measures to changing conditions and to continuously improve the current situation.

  • Within the scope of protection of health and safety, risks are avoided, risks that cannot be avoided are evaluated, it is aimed to minimize negative effects on health as well as productivity in production, less dangerous ones are evaluated according to production targets in studies to adapt to technical developments, personal protection measures are applied completely.

  • The equipment and chemicals needed are determined according to the main procedures and responsibilities defined in the Purchasing and Supplier Evaluation Procedure, and all risks are evaluated in terms of health and safety of the employees in determining the technical specifications. The procedures described in the Purchasing and Supplier Evaluation Procedure are applied in procurement.

  • While assigning any task to the personnel, the suitability of the employee in terms of health and safety is taken into account.

  • In the use of tools, devices, systems and materials, the relevant Instructions for Use are applied.

  • Due to the nature of the work carried out and the degree of danger, employees may only enter the authorized places.

  • The personnel are provided with sufficient information required by the pre-task field as specified in the Training and Compliance Procedure.

During the orientation training, the personnel is informed about the Working Instructions and other relevant instructions by the Department Manager/Responsible. Taking into account the problems in practice and other needs, trainings on Safety and Accident Prevention are implemented in line with the results seen in the Risk Analysis. These activities are recorded. The requirements that all hand tools used should be designed and manufactured in accordance with the work to be done, the current technology, the legislation in force and the relevant standards are taken into account.
